Arty & designer

These are the sorts of venue that can help you make a statement without doing much to them. You’ll notice that a fair few of the selections below are stylish restaurants. That’s because so many of the best around London are being designed by top-name design houses. Book into one of their private dining rooms or hire them out exclusively and you can sure to add instant cachet to the event you’re organising. Elsewhere there are private members clubs and hotels that share that designer feel in both the architecture and decor which gives them a fashionable, on-trend feel. Don’t forget to check out the older venues in this list too: these vintage spaces do ‘timeless’ to a turn.
