On two floors in Victoria’s Nova Complex, D&D London’s Aster is headed by exec chef Helena Puolakka, whose menus blend Nordic cuisine with French technique. The First Floor has fine views and can be hired exclusively. The Buckingham is the spot for semi-private dinners and receptions. For smaller groups, we like the Westminster, where tastings can be held, as well as the enclosed private dining room with its glazed wine display.
