Loved the Japanese Food, and the flight towards it. Could work on the Service though, value rather dear but a lovely place.
This restaurant is all about the experience, from the way you enter - speedily up the side of the building in a glass elevator and into the bar with a beautiful oriental tree in their outside terrace. The restaurant itself is stunning, with floor to ceiling windows all around so you can enjoy dinner with a brilliant view and the contemporary style which works very well in such setting. The service is exceptional with suggestions given and explanations of the whole menu in a very informative way. & all this before the food is mentioned, which of course is all brilliant.

I have organised my husband's 30th Birthday party at Sushi Samba and I can say that they have ruined it! The reason was the dress code which is casual elegant. I am not originally from this country and for me wasn't cristal clear what exactly that means and I can say that I have checked many times their website for some information before organising the event.
It was me and my husband who went first for a dinner and we expected our guests in the bar area after that. It turned up that some of the guests couldn't come in because they were wearing particular type of trainers. As no one mentioned it before let me tell you that DARK COLOUR TRAINERS FOR THE MEN ARE ALLOWED AND LIGHT COLOUR TRAINERS ARE ALLOWED ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE EATING IN THE RESTAURANT! This doesn't make any sense at all or even if they are so strict about the rules, why this is not mentioned anywhere?
Me and my husband spent a lot of money for a dinner and we had some people already in when that happened and even after speaking with the manager explaining that we have special occasion and I wasn't made clear about their rules about the dress code, they have sent our guests back! We ended up leaving the place and looking for a quick plan B which absolutely spoiled my husband's birthday mood.
I find that very unprofessional and I strongly recommend DON'T organise parties there, if they don't like someone's appearance and don't let the guests in, the whole event will be spoiled!
