as late as 10pm in the early part of the week, alongside discounted Champagne, wine and beers. As you’d expect, this venue features the titular drink made famous by its sibling bars in Covent
Garden and Mayfair – served dirty (of course), dry, and in honey and lavender, pear, lychee, and chocolate varieties, to name a few. Other ‘dirty designs’ include a carrot cake cocktail, figgy in
the middle, mischief maker (a Maker’s Mark bourbon, peach and passion fruit julep), and some curious scented exotica. There’s also a range of low-cal cocktails for the skinny-jean brigade, plus
dogs and baby burgers, mini-skewers and platters to undo any good intentions.
