Two of the rooms (Invision 1 and 2) can be combined to form a larger space seating up to 130 theatre style, or separated to suit smaller groups. The main conference room features the latest presentation facilities, built-in front projection and a touch-panel control system to operate AV, lighting and full black-out facilities. Each room features attractive polished-wood details and contemporary lighting and the suite also benefits from a dedicated reception area for welcoming guests, complete with LCD screen for branding, as well as its own toilet facilities.

Congress Centre's Pricing Summary

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee is charged, for any cancellation of hire from 80 days of the hire date at 50%. For cancellation of hire from 28 days or less of the hire date the full cost of the hiring will be charged. If cancellation is within seven days a cost will be incurred for staff and equipment hire. These conditions also apply to daily delegate packages. The Congress Centre shall use its best endeavours on behalf of the hirer to resell the rooms and if successful shall refund to the hirer the contracted amount after the hire date.

Catering

Congress Centre hires its own Head Chef and kitchen staff, which gives organisers more control and scope with the menus they serve. Whether you’re hosting a gala dinner for 100s or an intimate networking lunch for a handful of VIPs, the food and drink you serve your guests will be of the highest quality and the service will be impeccable. In the last three years, eight major films shoots have taken place at our central London film location and we are inundated with requests from location managers throughout all seasons. AV Equipment

All special lighting, amplification, loudspeakers and audio-visual equipment is in the sole charge of the owners’ conferencing staff. No alteration, modification or addition thereto whatsoever, shall be made without the previous express permission of the Congress Centre Director or deputies. We accept no responsibility for technical problems experienced on the day of hire if a technician has not been ordered through Congress Centre. The hirer shall ensure that no electrical equipment is used in such a way as to damage or otherwise interfere with the electrical installations of the centre. The owners may, at its sole discretion, require that any electrical equipment shall not be used, and, if the owners think fit, may require such equipment to be removed from the centre. All temporary electrical installations are to be provided by approved electrical contractors and must comply with the requirements of the current edition of IEE “Regulations for Electrical Installations”

Congress Centre is the perfect venue for our London LinkLove conference as it is in such a central location which makes it really easy to get to on public transport. Congress Hall has an amazing 1950s original space-frame ceiling which lets in natural light so delegates don’t feel like they’re stuck underground for the day, and the great stage set and range of hi-tech equipment there mean that we don’t need to hire in anything extra. The venue also provides excellent service with a dedicated account manager always on hand to offer help and support.
