the meals in the bangel was outstanding the taste of the food was out of this world an its really good value for your money the service it self was great the people at the bengal where really welcoming to me an my family you don't really get that anymore in queensways the other restaurants i have been to where slow on there services an didnt have much respect but the bengal is really down to earth an friendly an made me feel right at home i would go again for sure an would recommend it to anyone whos a curry lover its really good an am not just saying it …

Happened to be passing on a Saturday night and decided to pop in for a drink on our way home. Oh dear… Our order comprised two drinks and a bar snack, which shouldn't have been too difficult given the place was near empty. A fair while later, we had almost finished our drinks and the bar snack hadn't arrived. So i called a waitress over to cancel it. Her comment was that it was probably for the best so we could save ourselves for dinner! A little taken aback by our server's outlook, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager seemed to be of the same ilk – I couldn't tell whether it was disinterest or arrogance but, apart from taking the dish off our bill, all we had was excuses and no particular concern for our experience. We asked for the service to be taken off the bill, paid and left. Overall you get the feeling that they are still in soft opening mode, but charging full price. Don't think we'll be going back unless there is a major improvement in attitude. Many better choices in the immediate vicinity where they have already figured out customer service!
