While Jean-Georges at The Connaught does not have its own private dining room, you can choose from menus overseen by star chef Jean-Georges Vongrichten in one of the hotel’s seven private rooms. Choose a three-course menu to be enjoyed by the whole table from the likes of crispy salmon sushi with chipotle emulsion and soy glaze, Cornish lamb chops with mushroom bolognese and Pecorino cheese, and warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Each of the rooms has its own character: the Carlos, Georgian, Mayfair and Regency Rooms have a strong heritage vibe, while the Maple, Oak and Silver Rooms are more contemporary; with capacities ranging from four to 200, they can fit almost any occasion, whether large or small.
