Richard Corrigan’s flagship is all about warm hospitality and jocular levity, but here in Mayfair you also get refinement by the bucket load in its various private dining rooms. The Lindsay Room has a 42in LCD screen, letting diners watch all the kitchen action, or for a more private affair, Poet’s Corner offers a VIP feel. At the Chef’s Table, guests meet the kitchen brigade before taking their seats behind a glass wall to watch them at work. Lastly, in the Kitchen Library, tasting menus are introduced and served by the chefs.
