An 18th-century hunting lodge built for one of Ireland’s richest men, Virginia Park Lodge is now owned by Michelin-starred chef Richard Corrigan. Private dining is a strong point (the walled garden supplies the kitchen), as is teambuilding. The estate’s 100 acres are available for activities from golf to canoeing. The house itself hosts cookery classes, and has capacity for sizeable events spanning product launches to conferences.
