After a ceremony in one of the Southbank Centre’s private rooms, you and your party can enjoy one of the three wedding packages on offer, which all include a drinks reception with canapés in the bar and a three-course wedding breakfast in the restaurant, featuring modern British dishes from Michelin-starred executive chef Adam Gray. Whichever menu option you choose you’ll be treated to high end fare, with dishes looking just as good as they taste. With presentation paramount, each creation that comes from the kitchen is picture perfect, being adorned with edible flowers or beautiful herbs and garnishes. Start with 18-hour gin cured salmon, before moving on to grilled sea bream with gem lettuce, anchovies, chilli and celery salad for main. Desserts are equally as indulgent with everything from chocolate ganache and berry trifle to homemade ice cream and sorbets on offer. And, if you and your other half before savoury treats, the line-up of beautiful British cheeses with crackers and quince is perfect.
