D&D London’s latest place to be seen is 100 Wardour St, a large site with a fine record of hosting historic events – this is where the Rolling Stones played their first London gig. Opened this year, the venue is a plush spot for both daytime wedding ceremonies and late-night receptions. Step beyond the light-filled entrance atrium and there’s a cavernous main space dominated by an island bar: a great spot for a champagne reception. Downstairs, there’s a stage for live performances, and assorted private and semi-private spaces for smaller wedding breakfasts.
