The Waterfront Brasserie and Terrace is a modern style brasserie with uninterrupted views over Elizabeth Marina, Elizabeth Castle and St. Aubin's Bay. The Chef serves up a tempting menu of fresh food using both local and French ingredients. A children’s menu is also available with classic favorites and healthy options. Guests can be treated to an array of classic dishes along with a well-selected list of wines, champagnes and aperitif-style drinks. The brasserie also offers our outstanding Super Breakfast Buffet which features breakfast dishes from the Continent, Scandinavia as well as North America and the English breakfast.
