Union Viet is a small family business offering tasty, fresh, flavoursome and aromatic Vietnamese food. Our family members have experience in the hospitality sector, but more importantly, a lifetime of experience cooking fresh meals - using recipes handed down from one generation to the next.
Our Pho soup base is patiently cooked over overnight and some of our favourites dishes are Pho Tai, Banh Khot, Bun Bo Hue, Bun Thit Nuong.
