I actually love the Punch Tavern, they are always so helpful and the service brilliant, never had a bad meal there in all the years I have been using it.
Have held lots of events there over the years and always been fantastic service, food, drinks etc. It is a pub but I like the atmosphere in there. Yes very busy all the time and staff are always rushed off their feet but you never see them moaning they are always in good spirits.
Also they provide a great take away service and delivery service for breakfasts, lunches, canapes etc, food always delivered with a smile!

The Punch has won numerous awards for it food, that are proudly displayed outside and within the pub. Unfortunately they are let down by the lack of staff / service and the smell of beer all over the floor. I appreciate it is a boozer but thought it was supposed to be a little better than others on Fleet St. The San Miguel is the best beer on tap but if you are planning on going for a drink Monday night (first Monday of the month) is quiz night. It will be busy and the staff will be rushed off their feet.
