Its smart restaurant offers classical British cooking with an international edge: witness twice-baked Blue Vinny souffle ahead of line-caught sea bass on pea & broad bean risotto with vanilla beurre blanc.

I bit of a disappointment. The food is distinctly average, serivce pompous but really quite basic, low ceilings and vast area kill the atmosphere. The Zen Thai restaurant in the same hotel is much better.
