This Cuban bar and restaurant is found on Camden’s lively Inverness Street, and is run by two chef friends, Havana-born Raul Rodriguez and Pedro Ferre. Alongside a choc-full roster of live music nights and weekly salsa classes, the restaurant serves up a menu of classic Cuban dishes – expect to find the likes of salt cod fritters topped with crispy cod skin, and oven-roasted marinated pork belly with mash potato and sweet potato crisps. A list of rum cocktails accompanies frozen margaritas and frozen daiquiris, while weekends see an additional menu of Cuban-style rice dishes to share.
