GoN Vietnamese is a small family run cafe. The owner and chef Lila Nguyen is from Saigon, Vietnam. She lived some years in Melbourne, Australia where she was managing a franchised cafe. She moved to Scotland in 2014 where she realised there are hardly any Vietnamese restaurants or cafes available unlike there was in Australia. She always dreamt to open a coffee shop and GoN Vietnamese Cafe was established in September 2018.
