The Copper Dog is The Craigellachie"s bar and eatery located at the basement level of the hotel. Mischievously named after the cylinders distillery workers used to pilfer whisky The Copper Dog is a place to sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The Copper Dog showcases the best of local fare. Where possible food has been sourced within a 40 mile radius from local hand-picked suppliers. The bar is well stocked with a great range of local whiskies, craft beers and a selection of real Scottish ales from Spey Valley Brewery and Windswept Brewing Company among other local breweries. Since launching in May 2014, Copper Dog has gone from strength to strength offering the best of local produce to all its customers.
