XR is part of a double concept restaurant from chef Carlo Scotto – XR is the brasserie-style restaurant on the ground floor, while upstairs you’ll find Xier, which exclusively serves a tasting menu. Tempting dishes that you can expect to find at XR include crispy squid with chilli, coriander and dill mayonnaise, as well as prawn linguine with orange and lime zest.
