This week, we’ve joined forces with the stylish Eneko Basque Kitchen & Bar to offer you an exclusive dining experience. Boasting a plum Covent Garden location, the restaurant is the work of acclaimed Chef Eneko Atxa, with the kitchen serving a selection of contemporary takes on traditional dishes from the Basque region.
Dishes you’ll find on the menu include beef tartare with anchovy emulsion and pickled mushrooms, or hake tempura with red pepper sauce. Vegetarians aren’t an afterthought either, thanks to dishes such as roasted aubergine and King Oyster mushroom noodles. Finish up with a traditional Basque-style rice pudding or a chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream.
