Biltmore has established itself as one of York’s prominent hangouts – luring the serene and sophisticated, as well as the rowdy weekend crowds. It generates a heady atmosphere, fuelled by a

Occupying what was the Elim Pentecostal church, Biltmore’s action revolves around the large, well-staffed bar, complete with a high ceiling and impressive, heavy-set beams, while the mezzanine
above is a great spot to host a party. If you’re not keen on queuing, it’s best to arrive early.
