Amalthea is a new, award-winning Greek restaurant in Leeds. It offers authentic Greek cuisine which is purely Greek – not generally Mediterranean. We offer both traditional and modern dishes as well as some experimental ones. We respect tradition, our roots, but we believe in creativity, improvement and development, so we use our knowledge to offer a variety of new flavours and textures.
