Welcome to Al Fassia Restaurant, a traditional Moroccan restaurant in the heart of Windsor.
The spirit of Moroccan hospitality is our business and our heritage. Mohammed Chab, our uncle and previous director of the famous Hotel Mamounia, founded the first Al Fassia in Marrakech in 1987. Ten years later, our father Mustapha Chab brought his recipes and vision to the UK. We’ve been inviting diners to share in the warmth and soul of our restaurant ever since.
The food we serve is in the tradition of the historical cities of Morocco. Their simple recipes, glorified with herbs & spices, are cooked in four royal cities; Fez, Meknes, Marrakesh and Rabat.
