Filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, The Salon is a bright room that’s separated from the dining room with raised flooring and doors which can be closed or left open. A range of seasonal menus are available, from a three-course set menu to an eight-course tasting menu.
The Chef's Table provides an immersive dining experience in a private entertaining space overlooking the restaurant’s two-Michelin-starred kitchen. The focused intensity of the kitchen creates a fantastic atmosphere as dishes are created and presented in front of your party. Menu options include a five- or eight-course lunch menu or eight-course dinner menu.
