Housing a casino, restaurant and function room, The Sportsman sits next to Marble Arch in Marylebone’s hotel district. For private events, the comfortable Casino Suite works well for private dining and has its own private bar. Groups can build private poker tournaments into event programmes, while the Sports Lounge shows all the big matches on large screens. At the recently refurbished in-house destination restaurant, Zaman, East meets West with the likes of mezze and sticky toffee pudding on a menu that blends Middle Eastern dishes with British and European classics. The restaurant is open from 6pm-1am, so there’s plenty of time for a flutter.
