But it’s not all about steak. The chef regularly updates the menu to make the most of seasonal produce, serving up lighter options from salads to seafood throughout the day. Sharing the same handsome aesthetic as the main dining space, the atmospheric PDR seats 12 and has a walk-in wine cellar, while the Bourbon Bar serves up classic cocktails and small-batch whiskies. There is also a terrace with views across Park Lane to Hyde Park beyond.
