The Foundry at The Wesley

Following a rebrand in 2013 that reflected its Christian heritage, The Wesley is now a socially-conscious, modern hotel. Its bedrooms and meeting spaces reflect the hotel’s environmentally-aware ethos, but none as much as the hotel’s main dining room, The Foundry. Serving up modern British fare, this open-plan restaurant only sources organic, seasonal ingredients from local producers. The space can accommodate up to 140 guests for dinner or 200 for a reception when hired exclusively and has its own bar and separate street-level entrance. There are also three newly decorated PDRs which can seat up to 80 guests. Cocktail and cookery masterclasses are available for groups.
