The private dining room features neutral tones and mirrored walls as well as Mere’s signature crockery and glassware. As well as direct insight into the kitchen, so guests can watch the chefs at work, there is a discreet TV hidded away on the wall, meaning the PDR doubles as a meeting room fit for presentations and showcases. Diners can enjoy a six course bespoke menu that features signature dishes as well as dishes from the seasonal menu with wine pairings put together by the sommelier team.
