A hotel, spa and event space set within 43 acres of
County Donegal woodland, Lough Eske Castle hugs the
shores of Lough Eske, with the Blue Stack mountains in
the background. Built in 1861, the building is a stage for
a storybook wedding, but also a prestigious platform for
conferences and retreats. Exclusive-use packages give
bookers access to 96 bedrooms (including the luxurious
Presidential Suite), as well as the swimming pool and
fitness centre, and the property’s extensive range of
well-equipped event spaces. There are six function
rooms in total, the largest of which is the Ballroom,
