Once you ascend the high-speed lift up the 40th floor (in less than a minute), you’ll find yourself in Duck & Waffle’s main restaurant, which boasts seating – either dining or theatre-style – for up to 120 guests. The space can also be hired for standing events of up to 250 guests. The dedicated events team are on hand to help design a bespoke event that best suits your needs, from sourcing and managing entertainment, production and AV, to arranging fresh flowers and/or décor, according to your vision.
There’s an array of menus to choose from, with an emphasis on sharing dishes such as the spicy duck doughnut finished off with charred pineapple jam and a dusting of paprika sugar, and the signature stack of waffles topped with confit duck leg and a fried egg.
