When someone mentions Mac & Wild, people immediately think of great Scottish food and award-winning burgers. While this is absolutely what Mac & Wild provides, it’s also a fantastic venue for private and corporate events.
The group’s City venue benefits from a private dining room, a bar and shooting range, a covered outdoor terrace as well as a large and spacious restaurant. This makes everything from teambuilding evenings, screenings, corporate parties, large group dining and private celebrations possible.
The private dining room transports guests to a Scottish Highland shooting lodge – think robust wooden furniture and antlers. Set menus are available, featuring must-try dishes such as the Venimoo Burger (beef patty, venison patty, cheese, béarnaise sauce and caramelised onions), which was voted London’s best burger twice (once in 2016 and again in 2018).We recommend trying one of the Scottish butcher’s cuts, too, sourced from traceable producers and prepared by in-house butchers no less.
Also downstairs is the bar and virtual shooting range (the only one of its kind in London). Available for up to 60 people for exclusive hire (or 15 for one lane – there are three) there is a minimum spend, but no hire fee. You can use replica rifles to shoot wild boar, bears and an array of birds on the virtual screen while kitted out in tweeds, hats and vintage Barbour gilets. You can also feast on bar snacks such as haggis pops, venison scotch eggs and truffle mac and cheese (all bucket-list items) and an impressive cocktail list showcasing Scottish whiskeys.
