On the site there are two buildings, the old and the new barn. Built over 225 years ago, the old barn houses gorgeous five star awarded bedrooms that feature white walls and original beams for a cosy feel. The main Oak Suite is provided on a complimentary basis on the night of your wedding, with a couple of further rooms available to hire additionally from £100 per night.
Depending on what you and your partner prefer, you can either get married in the new barn or in the manicured gardens surrounding the space. The new barn is also where your wedding breakfast will be held, as well as your evening reception. Purpose built, this double-height space is perfect for decorating in any way you wish. There are huge windows and sky lights letting in plenty of natural light, while the oak frame and white washed walls act as the ideal background to a number of themes, maintaining simple surrounds with a little classic countryside charm.
With enough space for 150 sit-down guests, with an additional 100 people able to be added in the evening, The Old Kent Barn is great for generously sized wedding parties. Food and drinks are all taken care of by the dedicated on-site team. Being family run there is an emphasis on making sure every guest is well looked after, and couples are given a complimentary food and wine tasting after booking. Here you’ll be able to discuss your menu in detail according to your taste and budget. All dishes are prepared in house from locally sourced ingredients, and can be tailored to suit you.

Venue hire starts from £4750 for off season months and Sundays, while peak wedding dates throughout the summer will cost around £8250.
