Home to one of the oldest London livery companies in the City, Saddlers’ Hall is built in a classical style, its interiors bursting with period furniture and paintings. Located in the heart of the City, it’s a show-stopping venue in which to host your wedding reception.
Although the venue itself isn’t licensed, it is moments from some of the City’s loveliest churches, including the most famous of them all, St Paul’s Cathedral. Bespoke catering is supplied solely by Party Ingredients, which has a fine reputation for top quality food and service.
As well as possessing the kind of wow-factor every bride and groom covets for their big day, Saddlers’ Hall boasts four versatile rooms for hire. The Livery Room, which can accommodate 40 seated or 80 standing guests, benefits from plenty of natural light and rich upholstery that lends an air of majesty to any event, whether that’s drinks and canapes or a seated wedding breakfast. The Livery Room can be hired individually or in conjunction with the Court Room and Wardens’ Room if need be.
The pinnacle of all the spaces at Saddlers’ Hall – and the one most choose for their wedding reception – is the Great Hall. Featuring exquisite stained-glass windows, a magnificent silver display case, historic portraits and a musicians’ gallery, it’s a stunning space in which to drink, dine and celebrate with up to 150 seated or 200 standing guests.
If you are lucky with the weather, the outdoor courtyard is a great space in which to enjoy pre- or post-lunch or dinner drinks. The space is equipped with cute outdoor deck chairs, stylish benches and drinks barrels as tables, allowing guests to relax in the fresh air following what promises to be a veritable feast put on by the Party Ingredients chefs for your big day.
