Weddings at Abode take place in the County Room, which is fully licensed for ceremonies and plenty big enough for your wedding breakfast and evening party too. High ceilings, a grand chandelier, a dance floor and a private bar make it a spectacular choice for the day, though you should definitely take some time out before your meal for some photos in the nearby 13th-century Franciscan Gardens.
There are two comprehensive wedding packages to choose from – Elegance and Divine. They both cover a whole host of things from the ceremony to the reception drinks, sit-down wedding breakfast, evening buffet, DJ and a room for you and your new bride or groom for the night, though there are some extras with the more expensive of the two, such as table wine, stationery and a toastmaster. There are plenty of upgrades available too, such as a cheese course, an LED starlit dance floor and centrepieces to name but a few, so whatever you have in mind, it can almost certainly be done. There’s also an option to upgrade your room to Abode’s ‘Fabulous Suite’ for your wedding night.
