The conveyor belt isn’t the only thing that doesn’t stay still there; the menu is updated regularly with special offers & new dishes such as soft-shell crab or beef & ginger katsu as well as extravagant specials like crab & mango inside-out rolls. The plates on the belt are colour-coded (from £1.70 up to £6), & cover essentials of edamame & miso plus all manner of funky tataki, hand rolls, nigiri & gunkan.
