Our main ingredients are meticulously sourced directly from small and mainly local producers to ensure they are the freshest and highest quality available. Seafood comes from the UK only and our fish comes directly from our suppliers’ fishing boats, allowing us to bypass the commercial fish markets. Our fruit and vegetables are mainly organically grown in Sussex and Kent and delivered to our kitchen freshly picked.
