Even more so after the last 12 months which have, without doubt, been amongst the strangest in the long history of this builidng. The Covid19 pandemic has been a trying time for everyone in hospitality, especially as we had a new Restaurant Manager and a new Head Chef taking up those roles for the first time just as the first cases began to arrive in the UK. However, they took it in their stride and worked hard to create a Take Away concept that worked, as well as launch our “Salty Pup”
