Head Chef Neil Wilkes learnt his trade at Leicester Catering College. After working for a time in London restaurants, Neil returned to the Leicester area and worked in several gastropubs. His aim is to produce top quality pub food; delicious meals prepared from scratch using the best possible produce available. Menus are seasonal, with weekend specials to showcase Neil's talents.
