The Don's informal sibling is tucked into a medieval cellar beneath the convivial bar. The menu is pleasingly ecclectic, with dishes ranging from grilled octopus salad and veal schnitzel with beurre noisette to scrambled eggs with caviar and lamb kidneys with smoked streaky bacon. There's port on the wine list, of course, but also a cosmopolitan, affordable selection by the glass or carafe; the full tome is an interesting read, and leaves bonus-busting to others.
