In celebration of International Women’s Day, OXO has interviewed some of the amazing women who are instrumental in the running of OXO Bar, Brasserie and Restaurant. One such is Nadezda, who worked her way up from Receptionist to Front of House in the nine years she's worked at OXO. As the first face guests see, Nadezda is always warm, friendly and professional. Her advice to women looking to start a career in hospitality is to 'always believe in yourself'.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, OXO has interviewed some of its female employees, all of whom are instrumental in the running of OXO Bar, Brasserie and Restaurant. Ahouha is one of OXO's longest serving kitchen porters and the only woman in the role making her a very highly-regarded member of the team. Her energy is infectious and her willingness to give anyone a helping hand is truly commendable, as is her outlook; "life is tough, but you must fight to insert yourself somewhere and make yourself known, don’t say no and always try to further yourself", she says with a smile.

Fatima has worked two separate jobs in the OXO kitchen for almost four years and cares for her father in the small amounts of spare time left over. In spite of this juggling act, she is warm-hearted and much-loved member of the team.
