By day, Once Brewed is a light and airy visitor cafe, where hikers, locals and tourists enjoy a coffee or a light lunch overlooking the rolling Northumberland hills.
In the evening the space is transformed into an intimate bistro, serving hearty British dishes, great wines and local ales in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
