The Nobin (through Deliveroo) unfortunately failed on the holy trinity of service for all restaurants:
> Our order was 1 hour 15 minutes late
> Food was barely warm
> And items were missing!
Apparently, the restaurant had delivery driver issues that night however from ordering at 19:10 and receiving the order (well most of it) at 21:35 it left a sour taste.
In fairness Fardin did try to communicate the problem proactively, but a call 25 minutes AFTER we were meant to receive the food was not the best start.
Throughout the stories about what was happening seemed to get muddled over time so I will put it down they were very busy, and we were paying for it.
Never usually leave 1/5 reviews but after taking the time to very rationally explain the next day how bad the service was, I was offered:
"Next time you order we will throw in some poppadom’s and chutney...."
Unfortunately, there will not be a next time which is a shame as this could have been a positive review!
