On Monday 27 November, as part of its fifth birthday celebrations, Argentinian restaurant Zoilo is joining forces with Michelin-starred Peruvian restaurant Lima to cook up a four-course feast.
The evening will see Zoilo’s chef patron Diego Jacquet and Lima’s Robert Ortiz (above) cook two courses each. On the menu, you can expect the likes of hand-dived scallop tiradito with rocoto Tiger’s milk, and grilled Argentine flank, served with Hispi cabbage, oxtail and oyster mayo. The meal will also be book-ended with a selection of snacks to start and petit fours to finish. Tickets to this event are priced at £45 per head, but guests can enjoy a wine flight for an extra £30, which includes sips such as Bianchi Brut Traditional method N.V and Zuccardi Q Chardonnay (2015).
