OCTOBER 2011: A pop-up version of basement mixology den Bourne & Hollingsworth, in Fitzrovia, The Fourth Wall is a new bar that pitches up at a different, secret location every weekend. The
interiors replicate the 1920s’ living-room feel of its older sibling, with flowered wallpaper and tablecloths and mismatched, wartime furniture – but, like a stage set, this bar is dismantled at
