28 JUNE 2012: Last year's red-hot gastronomic destination, originally set up by cooks' collectives Young Turks & The Clove Club, has been reopened by a clutch of its original founders with a new head chef in the shape of Ledbury alumnus Giorgio Ravelli. Playful modern-British dishes are the kitchen's forte, but the real genius of this outfit is the way it successfully combines a casual atmosphere with smart food. Young Turks have more projects in the pipeline for 2012, so watch this space.
