JUNE 2011: Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall will launch a new branch of his River Cottage restaurant in Plymouth later this year. The restaurant will be located in the city’s Brewhouse development, a
converted Grade-I listed building containing restaurants, shops, and apartments. The TV chef plans to source 90% of the kitchen’s ingredients from within 50 miles of Plymouth, and to make the most
of the city’s natural resources, including sustainable fish from the Devon coast.
