The team behind hip hangout Bodo’s Schloss are to open another Kensington bar, this time with a
caviar-and-vodka theme.
Ruski’s Tavern, due to open on Kensington High Street on 26 September, is the work of luxury nightclub
entrepreneurs Diego Bivero-Volpe and Antoin Commane, who have previously launched and co-owned Bodo’s Schloss and The Brompton Club.
As well as serving lashings of vodka and caviar, a light menu created by consultant chef Michael Riemenschneider will showcase Russian classics. There is also a hidden photo booth for candid party
pictures, vodka shots presented in traditional Matryoshka dolls plus a secret ‘Tsar’s Table’ private room, which caters up to 20 guests.
If things get a bit too messy during the night, take time to rehydrate with Ruski’s Tavern’s exclusive water FIJI, and chow down on Russia’s ultimate hangover cure: a steak-tartare and caviar
sandwich on black bread.
Ruskis and FIJI are treating Square Meal subscribers to a complimentary welcome drink - their specially created cocktail of the moment - between 26th September and 26th October 2013. Printed
