expert mixologists who shake their stuff behind the striking pewter bar are also well versed in the classics, from martinis to Manhattans. Grape lovers can choose from a concise global wine list,
while nourishment comes in the form of small sharing dishes, such as smoked salmon parcels & pistachio-crusted steak. DJ sets at the weekend guarantee high decibels, although the goldfish
swimming serenely in tanks built into the blue-suede walls don't seem to mind.
