You can stick to the traditional eggs if you want to, but we're tempted to start the day with Burrata, Raf tomatoes and wild basil and a strong Italian espresso. Later in the day, there's a selection of antipasti to choose from, and mains include fresh pasta, lobster Gnocchi and roast chicken with potato pave and spinach.
