One of Bristol’s most exciting dining destinations, Klosterhaus, offers a modern and sophisticated take on the grand cafe and can be found at the heart of Cabot Circus. Klosterhaus is composed of a glamorous restaurant, bar, private dining spaces and outdoor terraces and is open for lunch, brunch and dinner.

Located in the iconic grade 1 listed Quakers Friars building, the restaurant sits in the former location of Brasserie Blanc, this impressive space has been given a decadent update - with the grand circular bar sitting in the centre of the room. Sparkling Champagne glasses and dappled steins are placed proudly in view, inviting weary shoppers to recharge with a glass of bubbles - or a stein of German beer for those wanting the authentic experience. Signature cocktails are also on offer, alongside an (extremely!) impressive wine list and a choice of luxury spirits.

A carefully thought-out menu boasts an array of Mittel-European cuisine, alongside German classics, created by Executive Head Chef, Bjoern Wassmuth and Head Chef Rhys Grayson. Those looking to enjoy fine German cuisine will be able to explore a selection of traditional dishes, including Bayrische Schweinshaxe - a pork knuckle served with dumpling, Sauerkraut and a beer jus, or a choice of schnitzels and sausages.
